Frontier Kitchen respects the privacy of prospective members, members, students, visitors, vendors, and other people who interact with us. This policy explains the personal information we collect through frontier-kitchen.com, our inquiry and enrollment forms, communications, memberships, classes, kitchen facilities, and social media services, including Facebook and Instagram. It also explains how we use, disclose, retain, and protect that information.
In this policy, “Frontier Kitchen,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Frontier Kitchen and the affiliated entities that operate our locations and services. “Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, or can reasonably be linked to a person. It does not include information that has been deidentified or information excluded from the definition under applicable law.
Policy summary
We collect information needed to respond to inquiries, evaluate and manage memberships, provide classes and kitchen services, process transactions, and protect people and property.
We may receive information when you interact with our Facebook or Instagram accounts, advertisements, lead forms, or enabled Meta business tools.
We disclose personal information to service providers and others when needed to operate the business, fulfill a request, comply with law, or complete a business transaction.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising disclosures may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under state law.
You may have rights over your personal information based on where you live and the law that applies to your request.

Scope of this policy
This policy applies when Frontier Kitchen acts as the business responsible for deciding how personal information is used. It covers our website, contact and tour forms, membership process, Frontier Kitchen University offerings, payment and billing interactions, communications, kitchen locations, and business accounts on services such as Facebook and Instagram.
A separate agreement, notice, or consent may apply to a particular service or collection practice. If that document conflicts with this policy, the more specific document controls for that activity. This policy does not govern the independent practices of Frontier Kitchen members, member businesses, external websites, Meta, or other third-party services that process information for their own purposes. Confidential business information, recipes, and trade secrets may also be addressed in membership or other agreements.
Personal information we collect
The information we collect depends on how you interact with us.
Contact and identity Name, email address, telephone number, postal address, social media username, and preferred location. Business and membership Business name, food concept, ownership or contact role, production needs, application and tour details, membership status, training records, permits, licenses, insurance information, and facility access credentials. Transactions Membership, class, product, or service selections; invoices; payment status; transaction dates; and limited billing details. Payment card information may be collected directly by a payment processor. Communications and media Messages, inquiries, form responses, survey responses, feedback, comments, reviews, and photographs, video, or testimonials that you submit or authorize us to use. Website and device Internet Protocol address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring page, approximate location derived from an IP address, and cookie or similar identifiers. Advertising and social media Ad and campaign identifiers, ad interactions, lead-form responses, page or profile interactions, and event information from enabled measurement or advertising tools. Facility and safety Entry records, equipment training and use records, visitor logs, incident reports, food safety or compliance records, and security camera footage where cameras are used. Other information Information you choose to provide or that we request for a specific service, legal requirement, or safety need.
We ask that you avoid sending sensitive personal information unless we request it and it is reasonably necessary for a membership, safety, payment, or legal purpose.

Directly from you when you submit a website or Meta lead form, schedule a tour, apply for or maintain a membership, enroll in a class, make a payment, enter a facility, communicate with us, or provide content.
Automatically when you use our website, including through cookies, server logs, and enabled analytics or advertising tools.
From service providers and business partners, such as website, form, customer relationship management, payment, communications, scheduling, identity, analytics, or advertising providers.
From social media services, including Facebook and Instagram, according to your activity, settings, permissions, and the features we use.
From other lawful sources, including your employer, business partners, authorized representatives, public records, and public social media content relevant to our relationship with you.
How we use personal information
Respond to questions, schedule tours, evaluate membership fit, provide pricing or proposals, and manage applications.
Create and administer memberships, facility access, storage, training, classes, billing, customer support, and other requested services.
Operate and maintain kitchen facilities, coordinate shared use, document equipment training, support food safety, and investigate incidents.
Process transactions, maintain accounting records, collect amounts due, prevent fraud, and enforce agreements.
Send service, administrative, safety, security, and permitted marketing communications.
Measure advertising, understand campaign performance, create or use advertising audiences where permitted, and improve our website and services.
Protect the rights, safety, and property of Frontier Kitchen, our members, visitors, employees, vendors, and others.
Comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, establish or defend legal claims, and carry out purposes disclosed when information is collected.
How we disclose personal information
We may disclose personal information to:
Service providers that support our website, forms, hosting, customer relationship management, scheduling, communications, payments, accounting, information technology, security, analytics, document storage, advertising, and professional services.
Meta and other advertising or social media providers when we use their services, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Other people or organizations at your direction or with your consent, including a business owner, employee, contractor, or representative connected to your membership.
Government agencies, regulators, law enforcement, courts, insurers, attorneys, and other parties when disclosure is required or permitted by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.
A buyer, investor, lender, successor, or advisor in connection with a proposed or completed financing, reorganization, merger, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate protections.
We may disclose aggregated or deidentified information that cannot reasonably be linked to you. We do not sell personal information for money.
Facebook, Instagram, and Meta services
When you interact with Frontier Kitchen on Facebook or Instagram, respond to an advertisement, submit a Meta instant form, or use a Meta-connected feature, we may receive information that you provide and information associated with that interaction. Depending on the feature and your settings, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, username, public profile information, messages, comments, form answers, preferred kitchen location, business information, and ad or campaign details.
When enabled on our website, Meta Business Tools such as the Meta Pixel or Conversions API may receive device identifiers, Internet Protocol addresses, browser information, page views, form submissions, and other website events. Meta may use this information under its own terms and privacy policy. We use information received through Meta to respond to inquiries, process tour or membership requests, provide services, measure advertising, improve campaigns, create or use advertising audiences where permitted, and protect against misuse.
We use data received from Meta only for the purposes described in this policy and in the notice presented with the relevant feature. We do not request permissions or Meta user data that we do not reasonably need. If Frontier Kitchen uses a Meta developer app or account integration, access is limited to the permissions approved for that app and authorized by the account holder.
Cookies and advertising tools
Our website and embedded services may use cookies, pixels, local storage, server-side event tools, and similar technologies. These tools can support core site functions, remember preferences, measure traffic and performance, connect an inquiry to an advertising campaign, help us understand how visitors use the site, and support advertising.
You can adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies. Some website features may not work as intended if you block technologies that are necessary for the site. Where required, we will provide consent choices and honor legally recognized browser-based opt-out signals for covered activities. You may also contact us to exercise an applicable opt-out right.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. If you opt out of marketing, we may still send nonmarketing messages about an inquiry, membership, transaction, class, safety matter, or ongoing business relationship. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP when that option is provided. Message and data rates may apply.
Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy. The period may depend on the length of our relationship, the type and sensitivity of the information, facility safety needs, applicable limitation periods, tax and accounting obligations, food safety or regulatory requirements, dispute resolution, and other legal or operational needs. We may retain deidentified information for a longer period.
Privacy rights and requests
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to ask whether we process your personal information, access or obtain a copy of it, correct inaccuracies, delete it, or opt out of certain uses such as targeted advertising, sale, or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. You may also have the right to appeal a decision and to receive equal service and pricing when you exercise a privacy right, subject to lawful differences and exceptions.
To make a request, email the Frontier Kitchen location with which you interact or call 571-494-0897. Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records. To protect personal information, we may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. If an authorized agent submits a request, we may require proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly. To appeal a decision, submit a new message with the subject “Privacy Appeal” and explain the basis for the appeal.
Privacy rights are subject to legal thresholds, exemptions, and verification requirements. We may deny or limit a request when permitted by law, including when information must be retained for safety, contractual, regulatory, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
Meta data deletion instructions
You may request deletion of personal information that Frontier Kitchen received through Facebook, Instagram, a Meta lead form, or a Meta-connected service. Email the location with which you interacted using the subject line “Meta Data Deletion Request.” Include:
Your name and the email address or telephone number used in the interaction.
Your Facebook or Instagram username, if relevant.
The Frontier Kitchen location, form, advertisement, or service involved.
The approximate date of the interaction.
We may ask for additional information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. After verification, we will delete or deidentify covered information unless we are permitted or required to retain it for a legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, contractual, or safety purpose. We will confirm completion or explain any lawful limitation.
If you connected a Facebook or Instagram account to a Frontier Kitchen feature, you may also remove that connection through your Meta account settings. Removing a connection stops future access but may not delete information previously provided to Frontier Kitchen. Use the request process above to ask us to delete information already received.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards may include access controls, staff procedures, vendor management, and physical security measures. No system, transmission, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our website and services are intended for adults and business users. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13 without legally required parental consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in a manner covered by this section, please contact us so we can review and address the information.
Third-party services and links
Our website may contain links to external sites, social media pages, payment services, or embedded forms. Those parties may process information under their own privacy notices. Frontier Kitchen is not responsible for the privacy practices of services that we do not control. Review the applicable third-party notice before providing information directly to that party.
