First, we educate. Whether through our online community or in-person in our kitchens, we try to provide the information you are ready for to move you to the next level. We have a lot of information for you--but you are the leader here. We provide the resources, but you have to use them. We promise, it is the investment you make in yourself to learn how to operate and lead that will have the greatest return for your business and life.

Next, we coach for growth. Now that you understand the fundamentals, it is time to apply them. Your journey will be uniquely your own, which means online education can only go so far. Just like a sports coach, we can’t do it for you--but we can give you the techniques and experiences of others (including ourselves) for you to apply based on the stage you are in. As you grow, so do we. From “how do I manage my first sales” to “how do I franchise my company”, we help you with what we know and connect you with even better people than us to create the company of your dreams.

Finally, we offer you kitchens to give you the opportunity to make real money and build the community and network you need to succeed. The best part in shared space (aside from not having to schedule the kitchen before you take a job) is the community of entrepreneurs who are in the same place as you, or pretty close. People who can support you on your journey who have been through or are going through exactly what you are. These are some of the people that will succeed right along side you.
