Frontier Kitchen Lorton is equipped for all food makers, but our bakers and food trucks are especially fond of it. The 60 qt mixer (or 20qts if you prefer) and roll-in Baxter oven cooks 18 full sheet pans at one time, making production so much easier!

Not forgetting our caterers, meal prep and product makers the kitchen ALSO has eight additional ovens (four standard, four convection), 4 six burner ranges, a flat top and a grill will also make your work much easier. Oh, and don’t forget the commercial dishwasher!

Meanwhile, outside there are 20 reserved parking spots for trucks and food vehicles with and without electrical plugs to meet your needs. Of course, gray water, fresh water, truck washing, dishes, trash and grease disposal are also easy and available.
