Kitchen manager

Location: 25387 Pleasant Valley Rd Suite 110 Chantilly, VA 20152

Frontier Kitchen is a unique company that fosters and assists new food businesses. We are open 24/7 for our clients and the administrative staff is onsite no less than seven days a week, 9am-5pm. This is a full-time position and weekend work for this position is required. Health benefits and paid time off are available.

This person is the most senior level manager at a kitchen site. This position reports to their designated corporate representative.

Your entrepreneurial spirit and vision in directing business functions will assist our organization in maintaining relationships with clients, generating new business, increasing staff productivity, improving service, ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

Primary Job Duties
Allocate budget resources and manage operational costs
New member sales and current member renewals
Ensure corporate policies are properly and fairly enforced
Member business consulting
Supervising, monitoring and motivating staff; conduct biannual employee evaluations
Ensure kitchen capacity goals are met and maintained
Ensure quality and regulatory standards for cleanliness and food safety are exceeded
Engage with vendors
Hire and train employees
Requirements
Food Safety Managers Certification required
Proficiency communicating (speaking, reading, and writing) in English; bilingual preferred.
At least three years Sales experience
Demonstrated Strong leadership skills
Food Business Management experience in production, back of house and/or front of house
Computer literate
Food business ownership preferred
